Return and Refund Policy

We design and produce all our personalised products on a made-to-order basis. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t typically accept returns nor issue refunds. However, if you're not 100% happy with your order, get in touch within 15 days of your order date and we'll try to make it right!

All bespoke orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit fee.

Sometimes products are not quite right – we get it! So customers have 15 days to return unpersonalised and unopened products. Returns are completely free and organised through our customer service team.
